Process and Storage Details
Production Process: Reception of olives, cleaning, washing, and weighing, followed by milling within less than 1 hour after reception. The paste is kneaded and extra virgin olive oil is extracted by centrifugation. Finally, the oil is filtered and stored in inert tanks before bottling.
Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry environment.
Best Before: 18 months from bottling date (see label).
