Rincón de la Subbética is an organic extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively from Hojiblanca olives, harvested in the early days of the season. Born in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, this EVOO has been awarded year after year as the best organic olive oil in the world. It stands out for its very intense green fruitiness and great aromatic complexity, with herbal, citrus notes, and hints of thyme, peppermint, and tomato plant. On the palate, it is sweet at the start, with medium-intensity bitterness and spiciness, perfectly balanced and persistent. A true masterpiece for the most demanding palates.

Process and Storage Details
Production Process: Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing, and weighing for milling within less than 1 hour from reception. Kneading of the paste and oil extraction through centrifugation, followed by filtering and subsequent storage in inerted tanks for bottling.
Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry place.
Best Before: 18 months from the bottling date (see label).
Controls and Legislation:
Very intense green fruitiness. A multitude of nuances reveal its great complexity. Fruity and citrus reminiscences. Herbal sensations of thyme and peppermint. Vegetable notes such as tomato plant.
Sweet entry on the palate, green almond, medium-intensity bitterness and spiciness. A perfectly structured oil, long, persistent, and impossible to leave the taster indifferent. A balanced, complex, and harmonious oil.
Ideal for raw consumption with toast, gourmet dishes, mixed and tomato salads, meats, and oily fish.
