Parqueoliva Vinagre Dulce de Membrillo is a unique vinegar made from the Common or Zagrilla Quince variety, characteristic of the Sierras de la Subbética in Córdoba. Sourced from small traditional orchards, it is obtained from quince juice harvested in mid-October. This vinegar does not undergo aging processes, allowing it to preserve all the fruit’s natural aromas and flavors, with notes of compote, dried fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced, smooth taste with sweet-and-sour tones, ideal for creative pairings and delicate dishes.

Processing and Storage Details
Production Process: Reception of the quince, cleaning and washing for subsequent milling. Beating of the obtained mass, juice separation, and subsequent storage in tanks for fermentation, bottling, and distribution.
Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry environment.
Best Before: 5 years from the bottling date (see label).
Aroma of quince compote combined with acetic notes and hints of roasted and sweet nuances. On the retronasal pathway, aromas of dried fruits and white flowers appear.
Pleasant, intense, and refreshing flavor, with balanced acidity, smooth and featuring sweet-and-sour tones.
