Parqueoliva is an extra virgin olive oil in tin format, produced under the Protected Designation of Origin Priego de Córdoba. It is characterized by its intense fruitiness, with green nuances and a slight touch of ripe fruit. On the palate, it offers a balanced profile, with harmony between sweet, bitter, and spicy, making it a versatile option for everyday cooking, gourmet dishes, sauces, meats and fish. An EVOO that represents the essence of traditional olive groves with a practical and durable presentation.

Process and Storage Details

Production Process: Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing, and weighing, followed by milling within less than 1 hour after reception. Kneading of the paste and extraction of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil through centrifugation. Finally, the resulting extra virgin olive oil is filtered and stored in inerted tanks, ready for later bottling.

Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry place.

Best Before: 18 months from the bottling date (see label).
