Almaoliva Arbequino is an extra virgin olive oil that captures the best of the Arbequina variety, offering a defined personality rich in nuances. Under the Subbética sun, this extra virgin is born, surprising with its aromas of grass, chamomile, banana, and citrus. On the palate, it presents a sweet and almond-like touch, with balanced bitterness and spiciness, making it a complex, harmonious, and persistent oil. Process and Storage Details

Production Process: Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing, and weighing, followed by milling within less than 1 hour after reception. Kneading of the paste and extraction of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil through centrifugation. Finally, the resulting extra virgin olive oil is filtered and stored in inerted tanks, ready for later bottling.

Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry place.

Best Before: 18 months from the bottling date (see label).

Olfactory Phase

Very complex fruitiness, leading you to perceive the intense aromas of grass, chamomile, banana, and citrus.

Gustatory Phase

Initially it has a sweet and almond-like touch. It presents perfect harmony in bitterness and spiciness. It is a complex and persistent olive oil.

Pairings

Perfect for white fish, chicken, salads, and more delicate vegetables. It is ideal for preparing desserts and fruit salads.
