Almaoliva Gran Selección is an extra virgin olive oil with a medium fruity profile, perfect for both raw use and cooking. Made from a balanced combination of Picudo, Picual, and Hojiblanca olives, this EVOO stands out for its smoothness on the palate, with a sweet entry and subtle notes of bitterness and spiciness, accompanied by hints reminiscent of apple. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for catering, gourmet frying, and everyday recipes.

Process and Storage Details

Production Process: Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing, and weighing, followed by milling within less than 1 hour after reception. Kneading of the paste and extraction of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil through centrifugation. Finally, the resulting extra virgin olive oil is filtered and stored in inerted tanks, ready for later bottling.

Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry place.

Best Before: 18 months from the bottling date (see label).

Olfactory Phase

Medium/high fruitiness with green and ripe nuances.
