Vinagre de Membrillo
Vinegar made from the Common Quince or Zagrilla variety, characteristic of the area where it comes from, the Sierras de la Subbética Cordobesa. Unaged and retaining the characteristic aromas and flavours of this highly aromatic fruit.
This vinegar is obtained from quinces selected and harvested in mid-October from small traditional orchards, which are then crushed to obtain quince juice, the final destination of which is this much-appreciated semi-sweet vinegar.
Botellas con Alma
Botellas con Alma (Bottles with Soul) is THE IDEA that emerged from a group of people from the large Almazaras de la Subbética family who are very familiar with the disease in their closest and most defenceless loved ones: their children. Their idea consists of creating unique bottles, each one bearing an image that captures the feelings expressed in a drawing made by pupils from schools participating in the project.
Patatas de San Nicasio
San Nicasio potato chips are slowly cooked using non-GMO Spanish potatoes, pink Himalayan salt and the finest Priego de Córdoba PDO extra virgin olive oil, produced by Almazaras de la Subbética.
