Almazaras de la Subbética has been honored with the highest distinction an extra virgin olive oil can receive in Spain, after taking two first-place awards at the Alimentos de España Awards 2025–2026, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

More than 7,800 families are part of this cooperative project, whose commitment to quality, innovation, and respect for the environment has positioned its oils among the most highly regarded internationally.
