Almazaras de la Subbética has been honored with the highest distinction an extra virgin olive oil can receive in Spain, after taking two first-place awards at the Alimentos de España Awards 2025–2026, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

The cooperative reaches this milestone in two standout categories:

These awards consolidate Almazaras de la Subbética as a benchmark in the production of top-quality oils, highlighting its commitment to excellence in both traditional systems and organic production.
