Parqueoliva Serie Oro is a premium extra virgin olive oil, crafted from a careful selection of Picuda and Hojiblanca olives harvested at the beginning of the season. This blend results in an exceptional coupage, internationally recognized for its complexity and harmony. On the nose, it reveals a medium-high green fruitiness, with notes of apple, green banana, tomato plant, artichoke, and green almond. On the palate, it opens sweet, with medium bitterness and pungency, creating a balanced EVOO, long and full of character. Its quality and elegance make it one of the great benchmarks of extra virgin olive oil with the Protected Designation of Origin Priego de Córdoba.

Process and Storage Details
Production Process: Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing, and weighing, followed by milling in less than 1 hour after reception. Kneading of the paste and extraction of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil by centrifugation. Finally, the resulting extra virgin olive oil is filtered and stored in inerted tanks for later bottling.
Storage and Preservation: Keep protected from light, in a cool and dry place.
Best Before: 18 months from the bottling date (see label).
Controls and Legislation:
Medium/high green fruitiness. Fruity notes such as apple and green banana. Vegetable notes like tomato plant and artichoke. With great intensity, freshly cut grass and green almond are perceived.
Sweet on entry, with green almond, medium bitterness, and pungency. A balanced oil full of personality.
To appreciate all its nuances, it is recommended to use raw on toast, bruschetta, salads, carpaccios, pastas, meats, blue fish, and gourmet dishes.
