That’s why today we’re bringing you some original ideas to prepare at home with our extra virgin olive oils, and turn any appetiser into a healthy, tasty, and memorable gastronomic experience. 1. Goat’s cheese bonbons with pistachios and Almaoliva Bio: simple, quick, and very eye-catching.
- Mix creamy goat’s cheese with a drizzle of our organic EVOO and a pinch of pepper.
- Form small balls and coat them in chopped pistachios.
- Serve them on spoons or skewers, with a few more drops of EVOO on top.
The result? An elegant, fresh bite full of nuances.
2. Bruschetta with tomato, basil, and Rincón de la Subbética: a classic that never fails, but with the touch of a good extra virgin.
- Toast thin slices of rustic bread.
- Add a mixture of cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, chopped garlic, and our excellent organic extra virgin olive oil.
- Let it rest for a few minutes so the oil soaks into the bread well.
You can add some Parmesan shavings or even some anchovies for a more daring twist.
3. Shots of cold cucumber and yoghurt cream with mint and Almaoliva Arbequino: refreshing and perfect for whetting the appetite.
- Blend cucumber with natural yoghurt, a clove of garlic, salt, mint, and a generous drizzle of our extra virgin olive oil.

- Add a few drops of oil on top and decorate with a mint leaf or some ham shavings.
