Today we celebrate what we are, our land, our customs, and of course, our gastronomy. </span></p>

We’re talking about the olive tree, the true protagonist of our history, our gastronomic wealth, and our economy. And of course! Our extra virgin olive oil, that liquid gold that never misses from our tables!</span></p>

This tree, which grows in land as warm as ours, has witnessed many stories, many generations, and has provided food, but above all, identity. The Phoenicians, Romans, and Arabs already adored it and cultivated it, making it a key piece of Mediterranean culture. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Olive groves cover thousands of hectares in Andalusia, and it&#8217;s impossible not to see them when walking through our fields. They are like a part of the landscape, like the soul of our land. </span></p>

More than half of the world’s production comes from our fields. It proudly carries the name of its motherland to every corner of the world. </span></p>

En el marco de la <span class="s1"><b><a href="https://www.lavozdelasubbetica.es/articulo/subbetica/dop-priego-cordoba-celebra-xxviii-premios-mejores-aceites-oliva-virgen-extra/20250404165952042066.html">XXVIII edición de los Premios de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Priego de Córdoba</a></b></span>, tuvimos el honor de ver cómo el trabajo, el compromiso y la pasión de nuestra gran familia recibían un reconocimiento doble: por un lado, nuestro presidente, <b>Francisco Serrano Osuna</b>, fue distinguido con el <b>Premio Picudo 2024</b>, y por otro, <b>Parqueoliva Serie Oro</b> se alzó con la <b>medalla de bronce</b> como uno de los <b>mejores aceites de oliva virgen extra de esta campaña.</b></p><p class="p1">Unos reconocimientos que tienen un valor muy especial para nosotros. Por un lado, y yendo más allá del premio a la calidad y excelencia de una de nuestras joyas, nos han otorgado un galardón que nos toca en la dimensión emocional, puesto que <b>Francisco Serrano Osuna</b> ha dedicado toda una vida al impulso del sector oleícola, siendo <b>presidente del Consejo Regulador de la DOP Priego de Córdoba durante 27 años</b>. Su incansable labor ha contribuido a posicionar nuestra denominación como referente mundial. Esta distinción es mucho más que una etiqueta: es un <b>compromiso</b> con el territorio, con el consumidor y con una tradición que hunde sus raíces en siglos de historia.</p><p class="p1">El <b>Consejo Regulador</b> vela porque cada aceite que lleve su sello cumpla estrictamente con los <b>requisitos establecidos</b>. It is currently the most demanding certification in terms of food safety, together with <b>BRC</b>. It was created due to the need for a common safety standard for all food industries worldwide, offering greater ease of comparison and <b>transparency throughout the entire supply chain</b>, as well as helping manufacturers and distributors reduce costs and time.</li>
<li class="li1" style="margin-bottom: 20px;"><b>OU Certification:</b> <b>The Orthodox Union Kosher, USA</b>, the largest certification agency in the world. A product with this certification ensures that it has been made with Kosher ingredients and processed on equipment dedicated exclusively to Kosher foods. Kosher foods are prepared in accordance with <b>Jewish dietary laws</b> and are permissible for consumption as they meet the requirements of the Hebrew Bible’s diet. Displaying this symbol on our bottling immediately and universally enhances us, increasing our commercial potential.</li>

<p class="p1"><b></b><span class="s1"><b>1.- The classic ‘Oleo Latte’</b></span>. Put a spoonful of Oleo Latte EVOO in a jug. Add 100ml of milk or a plant-based drink, either hot or cold. Emulsify the contents for about 30<span class="s2">/40 </span> seconds, or until you get a creamy texture. Then pour the emulsified milk with Oleo Latte into a cup of coffee or tea. A unique gourmet experience awaits you!</p>

We continue by emulsifying the mixture for approximately 30 seconds, until the desired texture is obtained. We pour the contents into a cup with our coffee and&#8230; voilà!</p>

We then mix the three products: the milk or plant-based drink, the Chai itself, and the spoonful of our Oleo Latte. We proceed to emulsify it, ideally at a temperature between 60 and 65 degrees, until we get the desired creaminess and texture, enhancing all the aromas. We serve it in a container, preferably glass, <span class="s2">sprinkle it with a little cocoa powder, and</span> it&#8217;s ready to drink!</p>

<p><strong>5.</strong> ‘<span class="s1"><b>Oleo Latte Frappé’.</b></span> A spoonful of Oleo Latte in a glass, to which we will add the milk or plant-based drink and mix it with our emulsifier. Once the desired texture is obtained, we add the coffee and a large ice cube. Super appealing in summer! The Oleo Latte Frappé can also be prepared with instant coffee, the EVOO, milk or water, and ice; we blend it for approximately 40/50 seconds and it&#8217;s ready!!</p>
